Our general support hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 (GMT). Although we strive to respond to all queries within 24 hours, our actual response times may vary and we may well take longer to respond during busy periods or unforeseen circumstances.


How do I purchase a product?

Browse to the product you want to purchase, select your size and colour preference from the drop down list and click on the Buy button. You’ll then be taken to our checkout page where you can log into your existing Woo account to use saved information or register a new account.

Do I need to set up an account to purchase a product?

No, you can use our express check out, but creating an account will make it easier for you when you return to buy from us again.

However setting up an account will allow you to order without having to fill in your details every time you shop with us.

How do I set up an account?

You can either sign up first, or you can start shopping and set your account up when you check out, whichever suits you best. Just follow the easy steps on screen and remember to have your payment and address details to hand. Please note, your billing address should be exactly the same as the address to which your credit/ debit card is registered.

How do I Change my account details?

Once you have signed up, you’ll be able to log into My Account. Here you can change your password, email address, or address details. Its a good idea from time to time to check your account to make sure all your details are up to date.

Which Payment Types Do You Accept?

We currently accept payments via PayPal’s secure socket gateway. PayPal accepts additional payment options such as Visa and MasterCard, check out their website and payment options here.

Is It Possible To Combine Postage for multiple purchases?

I Haven’t Received My Receipt Or Login Details?

The e-mail is sent the moment your payment is approved, and that should be almost immediately. If you don’t receive an email receipt or login information soon after, please contact us and we’ll check on your payment and account. One of the most common reasons for this is that your email software is marking emails from us as junk mail, and is sending them to your spam folder. I Can’t Log Into My Account!

If you’re having trouble logging into your account, please make sure you are using the same email address and password that you used when you registered with us. If you can’t remember your password, just type your email address in to the ‘Forgotten your Password’ box on the sign-in page, and you’ll be given instructions on how to reset your password.

I Can’t Find My Products!

If you don’t see your purchased products on the My Account page, send us an email.

I Can’t Check Out!

If you are having technical problems, please get in touch through our email or contact form and we will endeavour to help you. To help us solve the issue for you, please include as many of the following details as possible in your correspondence:

Internet Browser (e.g. Internet Explorer 6, Firefox 3.5)

What time the problem occurred
