If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please read our returns policy below

Policy
There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased from the Rebellion16 Online Store:
- You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- Only items that have been purchased directly from Rebellion16.com Online Store can be refunded or exchanged. Rebellion16 products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
- Please ensure that the item you’re returning is repackaged with all the documentation that were included when you received it. Proof of purchase will be required.
There are some items, however, that are ineligible for return, including:
- Items that have been worn
- Items that have been soiled or damaged beyond our control.
- Rebellion16 on-line store gift cards.
- Some items purchased through special promotions may be final sale, and therefore not eligible for exchanges or returns (please refer to promotion disclaimers for the terms of each offer).
Refunds
Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:
- If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
- Products purchased from the Rebellion16 Online Store using a Rebellion16 Store Gift Card will be refunded to you as a Rebellion16 Store Gift Card by email or post.
- Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
Exchanges
Refund Processing Time
Returns will be refunded back to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to arrive to us by post. You will be notified by email once your refund has been applied.
Note: It may take a few days until your bank posts the refund to your account.
If you’re requesting a replacement item, Rebellion16 will ship it to you within 5 business days of the date you request a return.
